Why hasn’t my scan hit 100%?

If your scan is still in progress and hasn't finished within an hour, first try scanning the company again. If a second attempt after waiting a few minutes hasn’t resolved the issue please reach out to our support team through the ‘Chat To Us’ button for assistance.
